When You Slip It On:

Have a back injury with leg weakness and knee collapse. The Dr Brace Elite knee brace gives my knee the stability I need to confidently walk without needing a walker. Easy to put in place and take off and doesn’t slip.

It was a good product. It did what we need it to do till the prescription brace was made.

I thought the brace was fine for what I needed it for, which was what they call “runners knee… Although I don’t run, or fluid in the knee. It did help keep my knee stable, but not to the point where I could not bend it. I was just fine walking about the city in it, but I can tell by the flexibility of the side panels, that if you really needed to keep your leg/knee stiff due to a knee surgery this may not be the right brace for you.I also wore a simple knee compression sleeve under the brace, just to give it that extra support and also because the brace was a little scratchy on my skin due to the Velcro. You could also take a sock and cut off the top and use that under your knee brace as well, if you don’t want the extra compression.

The quality of the knee brace is good, but my knee is swollen from a prior fractured patella, and I can’t wear it because the velcro as well as the materiel itself isn’t long enough. In summery, I can’t use it. It should have more material & longer velcro strips.

A few weeks ago, my wife developed some knee pain that prevented her from taking her daily walk. We bought this knee brace for her. Within a few days, her pain was gone.We bought another one for me because my knees have been popping on demand for months. It's painless, but annoying and concerning. When the brace is on, I cannot pop my kne, and it's becoming more difficult to pop it when the brace is off.The brace fits wll and stays in place. We are happy with them.I have a small suggestion for the manufacturer. Make the velcro tabs the same color as the highlight color. It would make them easier to see and add some more color.I will recommend this to friends who complain of knee issues.
